The area west of Hyland street, Fyansford, was for over a century a scene of industrial activity, with the Australian Portland Cement Co. Pty. Ltd. operating from the 1890s.
From 2001 the land lay dormant; awaiting the arrival of a Developer ~ the RPM Real Estate Group.
Since Gen Fyansford's arrival in 2015, the area has been a hive of activity of earth-moving proportions.
with the developer working at producing one of Geelong's most prestigeous residential estates.

The builders...
February 11, 2016, saw titles for properties in the first Gen Fyansford release being transferred.
Since then the locality has changed dramatically with ready-mix concrete trucks, delivery vans and builders' utes being constant visitors to the estate.
The once-quiet roads and building lots are now bustling with frantic tradies; all working to create an exciting new Fyansford.

The residents...
October, 2016, saw the first excited residents moving into the estate; all with plans and expectations for an optimistic future. The proximity to the ring road, ready-access to Geelong CBD, nearby ocean beaches and the quaint township of Fyansford, all signpost a bright and comfortable future for the residents of this lovely locality. On New Years Day there were eleven occupied 'New Fyansford' residences. By the end of 2017 there could well be 50 residences.
Hey! It won't be long before the population of Fyansford doubles....
