180. Mystery Photo

Writer's picture: Fyansford.comFyansford.com

I recently hit upon this photo of a trestle bridge which I immediately "recognised" as the old rail-bridge that crossed the Moorabool river just prior to the line entering the tunnel leading to the quarry. If it is this bridge then it certainly brings back many fond memories of fun adventures as pre-teenage weekend-wanderer. Can anyone confirm the location of this bridge? Is that the mid-bridge safety platform just peeking out from behind that tree?
