193. Fyanstown Inn

Fyans’ Ford with its naturally-occurring river crossing,

increasing local population of graziers, pastoralists, viticulturists and merchants, rapidly developed into a not-insignificant community; more than just a place to pass through. As is frequently the case, one of the first permanent buildings in the district was a public house.
