Mary, it’s whickie-time!
In our house we have lots-n-lots of little customs; my favourite of which is our withdrawal at around 5.30pm to the pergola (or whatever side of the house is most appropriate) where, irrespective of the weather, a quiet 45-minutes is shared - Archie (beaglier), Mary and I - mulling over the problems of the world.
